Michele L. Scott
Michele L. Scott has dedicated her legal career to real property litigation and has been passionate about real estate since participating in a housing clinic during law school. She represents Bay Area property owners in a variety of contexts, and works on matters involving landlord-tenant disputes, the Ellis Act, OMI evictions, buyouts, multi-residential common interest developments, land-use and planning issues, land-sale disputes, as well as business and tort litigation matters. With a working knowledge of local and State laws, Michele has experience in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Michele has served as a mock judge for Golden Gate University School of Law’s Appellate Advocacy Program, volunteers at Coastside Hospitality, and is a proud member of the Coastside Mothers’ Club.
