Victoria Chen obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees from Georgetown University in Government and English, where she also obtained a minor in Chinese Language and Culture. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School where she gained a great appreciation for trial advocacy.

Outside of the law, she likes baseball, ocean animals, supporting small artists, and mystery media. Her favorite authors are Agatha Christie and Seishi Yokomizo.
