Andrew Morrison is an associate attorney at Singer & Scott P.C., specializing in all aspects of real estate litigation and specifically landlord/tenant matters.

Andrew’s legal career includes diverse experience working in the areas of general civil litigation, general liability defense, and indigent criminal defense.  He has substantial experience working on both the plaintiff and defense side in cases.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, where he studied philosophy and logic. He obtained his law degree from University of San Francisco School of Law.

Originally from the mid-West, Andrew has lived and rented apartments in San Francisco for over twenty years.
